The Home is registered to provide Residential Care to elderly people, including those with higher levels of dependencies and needs. It is normal practice to carry out a full assessment of a prospective client's needs prior to admission, with the aim of ensuring that the Home can meet the person's needs fully.

The care is delivered by trained carers over the full 24 hour period, with waking night staff providing cover between 8pm and 8am.
