At Southmead we are not only committed to offering you our own care services, but also to helping you choose the right care for yourself or your loved one. The range of options is bewildering, as is the process of assessment and funding. Below you will find links to information or organisations which can help you.
We have produced our own guide to care choices which you may view or download from the links below. This is revised from time to time but some of the financial data may not be current, so please do your own research to update it. The government website Direct Gov is very useful in this respect.
